How do you use the autoBUMP?

BUMP!

first install libwww-mechanize-perl
sudo apt-get install libwww-mechanize-perl
then edit the file, set your password, message/messages time between checks etc.

make it executable, from the properties screen go perms, then tick the box.

run it like you would anything else(double click, from the terminal, alt+F2 for a run box, whatever you want).

I installed that libwww-whatever from the post you linked (don't remember the name because I middle-click copied it) then I changed the username and passowrd fields on the script and chmod +x, then ran it in a terminal.

P.S. Why the hell aren't you psychic? Just write a python script for it.

avoidDbl - you want to avoid double posting so 1
loopTimer - for testing use 0, for usage use a number of seconds between it checking if it should post or not.

apparantly the server version of the latest windows is a good desktop/gaming version(since the server version is kind of like the windows version of Xubuntu instead of Ubuntu, smaller, but still with all the key features). Can't remember which it is though. :P

Should be Server 2008. There's a whole website dedicated to turning if from a server OS to a workstation. xD And the trial let's you run it for up to 8 months or so.
