Black Vista styled toolbars?

Does anyone know of a black Vista toolbar theme for Gnome? I have looked all over gnome-look.org with no luck.

I am not wanting to change the panels at all, just the title bars. I am looking for a glassy black title bar with the blinking blue and red rectangular icons. I have searched gnome-look.org, the closest thing I could find was Linista. Linista does not have the glassy look and no blinking icons on mouse hover.

Someone made a theme for Fluxbox that has the exact tool bars I want.

Does anyone know how to create this?
