ATi X1300 PRO on Dell E520

I have searched the Forum and it is confusing me. I have an X1300 PRO on my Dell E520 with Dual Boot Vista, what do I do to enable 3d Open Gl? I need a Driver.

I have found that under Restricted Driver it says ATi Driver is not enabled should I enable it?

Yes try enabling it. I have mine enabled and can get open GL.
