Sorry 'bout that. I was about to ask a question and the system threw up several places that I should look--unfortunately I lost that list so will attempt the question here.

I have several apps (Quicken, QuickTax (Canadian)) and a proprietary small circulation fundraising data base program that I would dearly love to operate under Linux--and ubuntu. I am not into games, so game emulators don't interest me. But is there a place where these programs are compared? What do you recommend?

Yeah just use wine if it is only apps.
