Visit http://www.opensuse.org/ and see its new home page.

What I have noticed is that, it looks better now. Also, it is very obvious that it now has an AMD advertisement on it.

Umm... I don't see any advertisement on the screen. And the site hasn't changed for a while, at least nothing major (small improvements here and there).

There's an AMD ad. ;)

I hit refresh, and this is the page I'm still seeing (and have been seeing for a while)...

EDIT : Alright, I did a full cache clean and got the AMD advertisement page you thumbnailed. Other than that the page looks (Wiki) looks the same.

Clicked at "Get it" and winced, that was horrible. That is what makes debian hard. Before even getting it you have to know architecture and what method to download and install. I'm guessing they are still working on their site or something.

Agreed, offering the x86 version as a default with a link to alternative versions would be more sane than the current download page which is an utter mess. There's a task (http://en.opensuse.org/Tasks) in the wiki which mentions that the download page should be reworked.
