Gstreamer-lame -> multiverse?

Would it be possible to get gstreamer-lame from extras to multiverse? Lame itself is already there, so I think it should be possible...

Ask Ubuntu's team about this.. I have no multiverse rights...

Ok, I did that and was more or less told to package it myself if I wanted it there. Having never packaged anything before and seeing that extra had it, I thought that maybe your package would be of such quality that it could be added to multiverse. Do you think so?
