Greetings,

Being new here, I've noticed that the high volume of support posts means things get buried pretty quickly. the view unanswered posts option seems to resolve this in part, however it might be worth changing it slightly to include posts where the originator is the sole replier.

Just a suggestion.

Yeah I think thats a really good idea, ive seen quite a few threads started by users who've then replied to themselves saying "please help" or something similar

I think if people marked their thread "Resolved", it wouldn't matter, but it seems like so few do it.

I think that helps when people mark their post resolved because then we know they figured out what the problem was.

And how do I do that?

Don't get me wrong, if I were to look for it, I would found it. But I'm already a longer time on this forum and I didn't know this was a n expected behavior.

I never noticed the possibility to put topics in resolved. Neither was I ever asked to do so.

It is under "advanced" when you reply to your thread. It is a little difficult to see, that should be improved.

I know it is not expected, but if it were, things would be much easier.

It adds a [RESOLVED] in your thread title, I am sure you'll see them once in a while.
