Odd. I tried entering it in for you from the Admin Control Panel, it seemed as if it was accepted, then the gmail.com part is cut off.

Can you confirm that this is the correct username for your AOL Instant Messenger account and not Jabber?

Can you explain what it does when you try to enter it? Does it give a error or run out of space to type?

it like what matthew had said in his second post...I try to enter it, save the changes, but the gmail.com part is cut off, so it maybe a space limit?
