Help me doomsday developers!

I have been playing this long game over several days going right through Doom 2.

But when I quicksaved this time, it crashed. And when I reloaded and loaded the savegame it crashed again. Now I cant get back into my savegame at all :( Its like the savegame is broken.

I ran Doomsday in the console so you guys can see whats happening:
:~$ /usr/games/doomsday -anifilter -texcomp -game jdoom -iwad /usr/share/games/doom/iwad/doom2/doom2.wad -maxzone 128

I have attached my savegame folder. The first savegame is the one that crashes :(
](*,) Ahh life is so horrible without my savegame. Coincidentally I never got the 3D models to load either :$ But thats another story for another day. Help!

Executable: Version 1.9.svn-trunk-devel +R Oct 31 2006 (DGL).

Assuming this means this is the 1.9.0beta of Doomsday, I've always found this version extremely unreliable and buggy. Version 1.8.6 has always worked great, even though the Doomsday devs say it's outdated and no good...

Uh oh :(
Sounds like its my own fault for using a dev version :(

DoktorSeven

Not necessarily. The Doomsday devs are pushing 1.9.0beta on everyone, so you can't be blamed for that.

I appreciate the headsup on version 1.8.6... I recently made the switch from Windows to Ubuntu and was wondering if my old Doomsday would work. :) Will grab 1.8.6 then!

Oh no, I gotta compile it. :(
