Hey,
Just a thought....
Has anyone created a guide that explains the basics of using Ubuntu?
You know, a sort of newbie guide or pamphlet...
If not, anyone interested in collaborating on it?

Curse you Ubuntu! Curse you for being so people oriented!!!!
Sorry... that was my best Bill Gates impersonation.

nice impersonation! :D
We'll, even though there is a how-to guide, maybe we should make our own to handout for our next TIE conference, and for the free software day.

Thanks! I try my best.
That would be a great idea, though, something to pass out, bundled with our copies of Ubuntu... almost like a "Starter Kit" sort of thing...
1 - Ubuntu
2 - Starter Guide
3 - Sticker or something (Like what comes in Shipit)

Yeah, and with the "starter kit", we could include info on how to contact us if they need help.
