City simulation

Does anyone knows a clone of "simcity 2000"? I've tried "The City" but I cannot install install it from CVS (Errors after make -f Makefile.cvs )!

I've already tried it and is much beautiful one! But, 3d style like simcity 2000? I also found SimuTrans/ (http://www.simutrans.de/) but the install process exit with return code 1..
