Well, I'm encountering a problem. When I run Americas Army, which I did before on my last ubuntu install and it worked fine, it's uh... hideous.
I'm not using wine, it is the linux 2.5 version. The problem lies in the resolution. I normally play at 800x600 ( I get 2fps at the highest, so its annoyin' ) but when I do this, it seems the program moves quite a bit to the left, about 2 inches.
Otherwise, with the higher settings the black tabs are at the bottom, and the top. Until I reach the highest setting 1280x1024.
I noticed while fiddling around, then while I can switch the desktop resolution around a bit, AA will only run if the desktop is set to 1280x1024.
Anyway, I'm lost. I use a new flash LG 22'' flatscreen monitor.
Any help you could provide = Thanks
