Has nothing to do with development, so I moved it to the Cafe.

IMO the poll is wrong
Rhythmbox+Serpenstine+Soudjuicer should be listed as one option together as they together provide the functionality that banshee does AFAIK.

No one ever lists xmms in these polls. Or mpg123. Or ogg123. Thats why I can't vote.

I think Banshee uses SoundJuicer for ripping.

The version of rhythmbox that comes with Gutsy is not bad at all. With that being said, I use Sonata and MPD.

I'll give a moral vote to Exaile since it's not listed. :P

Aqualung is what I've been using lately.
Very nice gapless audio player for gnome.
Had to compile it though.

None of those. I use Amarok. The best of the GNOME based apps is Exaile IMHO.

Amarok and VLC - I use gnome, but Amarok (and K3B) is worth having the KDE libraries for.
I'll have a look at Songbird more if they ever speed things up and get anywhere near Amarok, feature-wise

MPD ;) (with ncmpc or Sonata)
From those available in the poll I'd choose Listen.
