Remastering WinXP on Linux?

I'm trying to figure out how to remaster my WinXp install disks into a custom WinXp installation but the only program I've been able to find that does so is nLite which uses .NET which won't work on Linux.

Can anyone here tell me how to make a customized windows installation disk on Linux?

How do I go about doing this?

install a program called qemu - i think that can create vmware images. sorry i can't be of more help, but i've only ever extracted images before, never created them.
