When I try to install World of Padman I get to the part where I choose where to install it at, but it says I dont have the permission to out it there. How do I fix this?

Run the installer with sudo

sudo ./installername

Just make sure not to run the game directly from the installer after it completes if it give you the option, this causes issues.
