Repositories to use from Europe

I have removed "us" from my repositories to solve checksum problems I was having.

Should I add "us" again for future downloads/updates, or should all repositories be updated about the same time?

I think Ubuntu mirrors are supposed to be synchronised every day. Check the following link for the mirrors list:

I see there is a local site and have found out that they do update daily. :)

Will amend my repositories accordingly.
