xgl session refuses to theme...

I have emerald themes working with Compiz Fusion, but things like the icon set or panels or menus seem to absolutely refuse to theme. Everything looks fine under my normal gnome session, but then I can't use compiz. Help anyone?

Sweet! Thanks, I thought this was going to be another long, drawn-out quest to fix something.

Should I add it to the session startup programs to get it to run automatically when I log in, or what?

Also, I can't shut down or restart from this session.
