Bad sound quality + Late sound(Counter-Strike 1.6 + Wine)

Hello I installed wine
and I put check marks all of the audio part(emulation checked too)
but I have bad sound quality and that sound will be late. It looks like 150-200 ms late.
How can I solve that problem

I was able to stop the delay by using ALSA and selecting Emulation in the Pull-down menu (not the check box). Are you using the ALSA or OSS driver. Many people have to use OSS.

i did like that but now my counter-strike game is not open. When I click my counter-strike game it open but there is only background picture.
