(I don't know if I should post here or in the Art forum.)

When I use the gnome theme manager and select a theme, there's always written "this theme doens't suggest any font or background" (actually this is a translation from a translation). So I guess there's a way to associate to a theme some background or system font, which would be a veeeeery nice feature if one wants to change theme quite often. Still I didn't find where to set this. It would also be nice to change the splash screen, together with the background. As it is now one has to change separately
1. The theme
2. The background
3. The background color
4. The splash screen
which can be tedious after some time. Any better way to do this?
Andrea

EDIT: Following maruchan's advice I opened this thread on "ubuntu art" forum.

Hi Andrea,

I can't help you with your question but I think it would be best posted in a different forum. This forum is for posting "HOWTOs" to show how to do neat things in Ubuntu. I'll bet you'd get a better answer in the Ubuntu Art Talk forum, where people ask a lot of questions like yours.

Hope that helps.
