does anybody has experiences with undervolting (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=364321&highlight=feisty+undervolting) on ubuntu 46bit?

is there anything i should be worried about?

My machine is undervolted, however. It was done through the main boards bios.

Also your asking about this without giving any hardware details. This will not help you garner the responses you may need.

@SD-Plissken: true. sorry for being so general.

i have an intel core2duo 2.16. my laptop gets really hot and the battery last less with ubuntu than with the original os it came with. somebody throw this link at me, which he didnt tried yet. i was wondering if it makes any difference following this, when you have feisty 7.04 installed.

i also was fishing for people who tried this out, as i am not so experienced linux user and could benefit from some ubunturu's advise.
