The request was for a true random number generator, and the image I linked was a true random number generator using a Geiger-Mueller gas tube to count the number of events by the decay of a Thorium isotope. That's about as random as it gets, because it is actually counting a random event, and not using software of some sort to come up with a random number, it's pretty much a true random number generator.

The bit about "best comedy team ever" is subjective. So I can only hope I guessed who you might be referring to. This guy Spike Milligan and company looks like he was some sort of comic for BBC. We aren't real super familiar with English or Australian comedians here, in America. Which is disappointing, because I've been to Australia before and there are some pretty funny actors there (there was a skit show similar to SNL here in the U.S. that had me crying, it was so funny).
