View Full Version : libdvdcss for AMD64 (Fiesty)????

Does anyone know how I can get libdvdcss for AMD64??? libdvdcss deb is i386 so am I just screwed? All I want to do is watch some of my dvds on my machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure about x86_64, but when you install libdvdread3 in x86, it includeds a shell script in the /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3 directory that you can use to install libdvdcss2. Assuming that libdvdread3 exists for x86_64, you might see if it has that same script. (and if the script installs a 64 bit version of libdvdcss2)

Theres a guide at the bottom of this thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=368607that that clearly explains how to get dvd working, and it includes guides for other extras.
