Nexuiz help!

I've downloaded Nexuiz onto my Ubuntu 7.04 and the game itself works brilliantly, but i dont know how to install the map pack from the official site because I dont know my way around the linux filesystem. Could someone please help?

Map files belong in the ~/.nexuiz/data directory.
