Since I couldn't find this in the forum, thought I'd give a little tutorial and help out.
Anyway so screenlets are tiny little widgets that help to notify you of things going on and whatnot. If you want more info just google screenlets, and go to the home page. Moving on now...
So now that you're at the screenlets home page go to the download section and download screenlets core, extra, utilities. and plain screenlets deb. now install the deb files in the right order, starting with core, then utilities, then extra, and then the one that just says screenlets. now that you've done that in a terminal type
'screenletsd start'
Now the screenlets launcher should appear in the applications/accessories area if not restart your computer and it will be there
Now all you have to do is click the launcher, and click the button (I don't remember what it is called but it's up by the clock, and network thing) To add screenlets to your desktop. and your ready to have a more organized life, at least hypothetically speaking.
