Just one small problem with the Compiz-Fusion, which looks great, BTW.

I can't seem to get the bottom cube cap. I don't even see a setting for it.

Under the Cube settings there is Background color, Skydome Image and Cube caps, and I can get a top cube cap by adding a variety of pics, but nothing on the bottom.

I might also add that Beryl won't even load up now, won't turn on. At all.

I can get the little Beryl Gem Icon on the toolbar, but I can't choose Beryl as a window manager.

Strange.

Consider yourself lucky. I can't get cubecaps at all. Period. Ah well, Compiz-Fusion is pre-pre alpha ATM, so maybe it'll get better, eh?

OK - solved - they don't have a bottom on the cube caps yet according to this post (http://forums.opencompositing.org/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=459) on opencompositing.org (http://forums.opencompositing.org/), the new Compiz Fusion website.

Maybe it should have been Compiz Fission?

Or just Fusion, or Fission

Or something different - I wish I had voted on that. I stopped paying attention for six little months so I could build a house.......

Anyway - no bottom cube caps - no transparent cube yet.

I miss the Beryl days when everyone was working on the project instead of just David.

I see a fork (another fork) coming soon. I can just feel it.

Bottom Caps are not supported quite yet....

Actually, I had a transparent cube by default... All the settings seem to work on mine too, unfortunately my intel can't handle them well.
