how to launch vmware server from a command line?

I want to create a shortcut that will directly launch my VM vista installation. Instead of having to click to launch vmware then click connect.

On start up I have this in my session:

vmrun start "/var/lib/vmware-server/Virtual Machines/Windows Vista Ultimate/Windows Vista Ultimate.vmx"

Now if i enter this on the command line

vmware

vmware server comes up, but I still have to click the connect button.



I had been unsucessful at running vista seamlessly. I think running seamless slows it down even more so I'm not sure if I want to do it anyway.
