yet another wireless problem

my brother got a laptop today and it has vista home basic:( i cant get it to connect to my wanadoo/orange livebox. the livebox is fine because it works in xp (wireless and wired) and ubuntu (wired)vista cant even do a wired connection even though i can on DSL (damn small linux)!

is there anything that can be done

hi, looks like you'll have to find vista drivers for the wannadoo/orange livebox, i would check the support page on the wannadoo/orange website.

Orange broadband and narrowband can be used with Windows Vista however some of our connection software isn't currently supported. We’re working towards fully supporting Windows Vista by the 30 June 2007, however we can assist in getting you connected through detailed instructions which are below:
