I don't steal, I don't want to take rights for what I made. I left link from background picture and I hope thats ok with author. I changed almost 50% of both pictures so its kinda new picture, ..
I had in mind when I saw background picture what can I do with ubuntu glass picture.
What you think ?

Well I didn't stole anything, btw, I made it mainly for my self.
I'm waiting for response from author of Deep sea. If he says no, then I will remove it.
I got picture from other source, then saw his page, so I didn't read his terms, rules, before I made upload.

Incase you hadn't noticed, you're supposed to get permission BEFORE distributing it.

I made mistake, I said that already, but I didn't steal anything.
Didn't take credits for thing I did, I didn't sell it, or earn and etc...
Didn't even sign my self on that picture, ...
Everybody who download that picture can see where it comed from.
And btw, I got both approvals. And I didn't ask what you think did I stole it or what, I asked what you think about design ?

It is a bit rough, but it does look like it is under water. Do you have a link to the original? i would like to compare notes.
