Okay, I have it installed and I am trying to login.
I am guessing I haven't set my username and password yet.
can anyone direct me towards getting this finish. Because I really
need to setup a MySQL account. Thanks! :)

Are you saying that you have installed PHP5? Or MySQL?

What/how are you trying to login into?

I think this is what you need to get the database up and going:

Then the phpmyadmin can take it from there?
