Question about programs

Can i install programs in wubi, expample i install and i want put new programs in wubi, can i do that or only work with the things that he bring?

so far everything i installed on wubi has worked without any kind of problems, i just managed to get beryl working even tho iam still fighting to get some of the effects the way i want to, blender works aswell and in a few days iam gonig to test wine but i belive its going to work as well. i see no reason why it woudnt

ahh ok thx very much, and if i want download something and install, is aviable too???
fosr example i want put skype and google talk, i down load these programs and i can install it without problems??????
