Hi Dave,

More requests for our beautiful bugzilla. :-)

* NEEDINFO state to triage bugs we need responses on, without them
falling into the deep black hole of UNCONFIRMED ;-)
* Stopping 'priority, 'severity' and 'target' from being set on
the new bug page unless the user is in a particular group (such
as the release team, all maintainers or something like that -
not sure of the precise policy yet)
* Example bookmarklets listed somewhere for common bugzilla
operations, such as the bug number or search input, etc. This
will help everyone prep their browser for MAXIMUM BUGSMACKING
POWER!

btw, I love having the bug# entry at the top right. Thanks. :-)
