Hello All,
Just installed Gutsy. The 2.6.22-6 kernel with Gutsy will not fully boot for me. 2.6.20-15 from Feisty boots fine. I tried completely purging and reinstalling the kernel and other packages I thought might be associated hoping for an easy fix. No luck. I have a Powerbook 667 G4.
It doesn't get far enough through the boot to leave a log but I've annotated in the output from dmesg booting the 2.6.20 kernel where it hangs....

Any one else having problems booting 2.6.22?
Any ideas where to look for the problem?
And if its not something screwy that I did, any ideas on what package to file a bug with?
Thanks for your help,

This is where 2.6.22 stalls. Is it something to do with the hard-drive? I never see the lines below for hda.

Any one else having problems booting 2.6.22?
Any ideas where to look for the problem?
And if its not something screwy that I did, any ideas on what package to file a bug with?
Thanks for your help,
