Desktop sounds like a reasonable place - certainly we should be doing our
best to make as many printers as possible "just work" out of the box.

This small utility is needed by the PPD filters we provide for some HP
printers. I glanced over it and didn't see anything that scared me, it
doesn't pull in any new deps, and it would at least let folks get their
printer going by installing a package. So, I think it should at least go
into Supported.

It doesn't ask any debconf questions at priority high, so I think it might
be reasonable to bring it into Desktop as well, in which case things would
Just Work for these printers.

Thoughts? Objections?
