Installing Beryl offline

I've just recently started using Ubuntu,and would like to get beryl working,everyone seems to like it so much! But the problem is that I do not have internet connection with ubuntu,so I'd have to install beryl offline.Is there any "installer" for beryl,like those in windows,the package things are really something difficult for me.If not,please give me some detailed instructions on how to get the thing working.

I'm on Intel GMA 950.

I haven't tried it myself but this package has .debs (like .exe's on windows) for beryl, emerald, and other programs. Hope it helps.
