request php 4.3.11

This version supposedly fixes an issue I'm having with a busy web server.

I didn't file the bug, but it fits my symptoms:

I am in desperate need of PHP 4.3.11 also as 4.3.10 has major issues running INSERT or UPDATE queries when talking to MSSQL servers.
