'pending upload' status?

While we are speaking about status, is there any way to get a "NEEDINFO"
one ? GNOME's bugzilla has one and that's pretty useful ...

Hi Dave,

What would you recommend for setting a bug to 'pending upload', as in, it's
fixed in some way (attended to or fixed in revision control or something),
but not yet in the archive? My first thought would be a keyword, but my
brain has been fried on keywords in GNOME's bugzilla. ;-) 'severity' is
wrong, but then, some kind of 'fixed but not uploaded' resolution status
sounds wrong too.

It would be great if, however we did it, this could also change the colour
of the bug in the list pages, perhaps to dark green or something.
