I want this in Gutsy

I just saw this:

I don't know if it's a GTK theme or what. But I'm investigating. And if possible, should we just put that on the Gutsy default desktop. I mean, look, that's so polished.

What do you think. Maybe with a little more orangish..

yeah its a gtk theme and if i had to guess i would say beryl or compiz is running on it too.... i have no idea where it may be though....
