| yes, I should add "Fritz!* to the package description.
Rock! Do we have drdsl as well, or how should I go about to test
this?

Hi Matthias,
if you are going to upload linux-restricted, do you mind to fix also
1736? Just to avoid an upload for a description.
Thanks!

I uploaded a new linux-restricted-modules due to the kernel ABI change, so I
fixed this in the process.

yes, I should add "Fritz!* to the package description.
what I need to find out is how to load the firmware with the hotplug
mechanism.

Hi Matthias,
if you are going to upload the package do you mind to fix 1736 for me?
It will save an update just for a description.
Thanks!

If you are updating descriptions anyway, please mention "atheros" in the
linux-restricted-modules description (this is the chipset supported by
madwifi), so that it is easier to find by searching.

Hi Herbert,
I put an updated package of these modules in my home on chinstrap. It's
not yet decided if/for which release these modules will be distributed.
From the packaging point of view the current build structure is a bit
inflexible when adding new modules, and the binary packages are getting
big with all the modules and firmware, so maybe new binary packages
built from this source would make sense.
