Setting up a dedicated Sauerbraten server

To anyone here that has done it could you share your setup methods please? I am just looking for a quick easy way to get Sauerbraten to run as a dedicated server, this includes router setup. I can't seem to find info on what ports it needs to be able to host the game publicly. If there is already a howto that I missed please point me to it...

This should help you not only run a Dedicated server, but a Customized/Modded one at that with Stats, Admin Commands, Etc...
