Ubuntu for WindowBlinds

Yeah, so i was wondering if there is anyehwere out there an Ubuntu Visual Style that is for WindowBlinds to make XP or Vista look like Ubuntu if so then post the link here please and thanks.

It's not for Window Blinds though. You don't need any third party app for this. You just need to find a UXTheme.dll patch.

I downloaded that skin for xp and it looks great just cant figure out how to use / install it
