Ubuntu Studio & VMware Fusion

I'm trying to install Ubuntu Studio (i386 alternate) in VMware Fusion beta 4 and it hangs up after 14% is complete. This is even when I tell it to only install one of the modules (audio). Any thoughts?

Well I got it to work well.
1. VMware tools will not load easly under Ubuntu Studio dist.
so
I loaded Ubuntu 7.04 into a new virtual machine
then installed VMtools
then added all the Ubuntu Studio repositories
and then install all Ubuntu Studios apps.
works fine
