He is nothing but a hypocrite. He signed the deal therefore he has nothing to actually disagree with. The moment he signed the deal he actually agreed linux violates MS patents. Traitor !

Yeah, nevermind the language of the deal that says (paraphrased) "This agreement does not mean that there is any actual patent violation happening".

The problem is....what are they paying royalties for then? Same question to Novell.
