PC Linux OS - Updates?

I tried PC Linux OS a couple of days ago and really liked it. However, is it just me or is there no update-manager like in Ubuntu? That's really disheartening that PCLOS doesn't have a built-in update feature. Can someone prove me wrong? :)

Use Synaptic ("Package Manager"): refresh the package list and hit update.

easiest way for me was:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
