Here's an interesting one.
I have two DVD-RW dirves:
Plextor DVDR PX-740A
and
Sony DVD RW DRU-530A
Every time I try to write to the Plextor I get a "write failed" error message and when I try the Sony with the same .iso it completes normally, BUT, BOTH burned disks work just fine. Which means that the write error message is, in effect, in error!
Any takers?
Oh, and I still can't get the desktop to display more than one optical drive at a time, the same icon just shifts between the two drives. If I have something in both drives, the last loaded drive shows up.
