Automatix 2, using Swiftfox.
I was not a fan of Automatix previously, but mixing 64-bit architecture and 32-bit applications is tricky.

Sadly Automatix is just full of proprietary applications. You just mentioned 2 of them.

But Adobe Flash Player is proprietary, no?

I recommend the script that is linked to on Kilz's signature: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=1174435
Swiftweasel works great for me; it is optimized like swiftfox but as far as I know is completely open source.

I was able to get flash player working in the 64 bit firefox by using nspluginwrapper. I did not have to install swiftfox or 32 bit firefox. Here is the guide.

One other advantage of Swiftweasel over Swiftfox is that it provides 64bit versions. Swiftfox has a package that is 64bit installable, but is a 32bit application. So nspluginwrapper will work with Swiftweasel (Its not necessary), depending on what version you install.
