Puppy linux SeaMonkey browser not working

So yeah, i'm using puppy linux via install to a flashdrive and when i boot it everything does work except when i start the SeaMonkey browser and type in a site like google or whatever, it says that it can;t be displayed anyone know why?

hi, you have to set up your connection through the network icon on the desktop (can't remember off-hand what it's called), and once set and connected, save the settings when you close. off course, you will have to do the same again if you boot via usb flash in a different computer.
