I'm not sure if this belongs in the 64 bit section, but since I run a 64bit OS, I'll go ahead. Moderators, please feel free to move the most to a more appropriate section if needs be.
Now, unto my problem. I recently made the complete transition to using Linux full time as my MAIN OS. I have a few MS Excel templates that I converted like my invoice templates to O.O format under Windows and using O.O 2.2 as well. Thing is they do have formulars and macros embeded. When I open them Feisty, I get error saying Open Office crashed and needs to restart and repair the document. Does it's thing and opens up O.O Writer instead of Calc and with a blank document. Open it on a computer running Windows with O.O 2.2, and it opens fine, with or without macros enabled.
Disable macros, same thing under Feisty. I created a Windows VM and installed O.O 2.2, it opens the templates just fine. What could be the problem? Anyone else having the same weird issues. Note, when I ran Edgy, those templates opened just fine.
