Just installed Kubuntu 7.04 64bit on my HP9000z laptop. Works fine so far except when I click

System Settings - Printers

nothing happens. The clock spins and I can do other things fine except I can't add a printer. I've tried several things posted throughout this site and nothing. I've re-installed twice from scratch thinking I may have had a bad install. Nope, same thing.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm drawing a blank about now.

Thanks
Tony

Click on, System-administration-synaptic package manager-search , then type in printers.
