I am not really sure if open office fully (or at all) supports transparency, particularly in the word processor.
But i am attempting it,
I am a background image set up as the page's background
then i have a single table, so i can add another background, this one containing boxes so the text(the next level) does not interfere with the background photo. The text is the final level, it is just the pretty basic text creator in the word processor.
the second level is what is giving me the problems,
i have it set up so the boxes are lined up with the text paragraphs, so there is transparent space on the sides and in between the boxes. Everywhere else, where the background is supposed to show through, OpenOffice just shows black
is there anyway i could fix this?
or is there a better publishing program for brochures, preferably for printing, not pdf's?
thank you in advance:)
