help with warcraft 3

I was able to install but after i went to play it, it said that my drive could not find the cd. I couldnt figure it out so I need help please.

did you install it via wine?
how did you install it? from the CD?

The easiest solution (IMO, and my method) is to get a nocd patch from somewhere. *cough* www.megagames.com *cough*.

Other things to try:

Mount your cd -- assuming you installed off of a cd -- and run 'autoplay.exe' off the cd

-OR-

Setup your cdrom in winecfg. Mine has never been setup when looking at the 'drives' tab in winecfg.
